and wandered if we ever could do such a good thing here in Israel, with the understanding that "drop a toy" will never work here. Soon before a hugging boy the police will probably bomb the hand made toy as a "potential bomb hazard" or something like that...
Yes, It will not go to the right hand here.

But the good women of our team at the Israeli forum of toy sewing at Tapuz really wanted to do good and spread the love.
Michal.P. helped us out in this. She suggested we will donate our hand made toys to a shelter for women and children that are out of their home do to violent behavior toward them (from the husband/boyfriend. Michal collected all the donations at her home.
We started this good did project with the demand for 24 toys and the decision of our team women to donate two pieces of their art to the children of the shelter, so each child will choose his/hers unique toy that will go foreword with them wherever they will go.
We spread this project all over the Tapuz forums and gathering, ending with 65 woman who all together made more then 130 hand made adorable toys!

Sigalin and her child- the child heard about the children who have no toys and donated from her toys two beats to the shelter children! what a girl!
